Parent Portal

Parent portals are designed to boost student performance by increasing parental awareness while providing guardians 24/7 access to their child’s academic progress including schedules, report cards, progress reports, and attendance.  The eSchoolData Parent Portal is a confidential and secure online web portal that connects guardians to this information for their child's classes in grades 5-12.

Please read the Parent Portal Guide for step by step directions for Parents and Guardians to login and access student(s) information.  You must enter "your name" for parent information, NOT the student's name.  Also, please be careful to check for misspelling of names and all information.  All children in your household who attend Iroquois should be entered with their ID number.

After reviewing the “Parent Portal Guide”, click on the “Parent Portal Website” to set up your own password, user name and student information.  For first time users, you must create your account following the instructions under “first time here”.  This will walk you through the process.

Important Information

​

• 48 hours after you create the account it will be active if all submitted information exactly matches the eSchool Data records. 

• Each household should have 1 account for ALL students in household - not individual accounts for each student.

• Only 1 email address per parent is allowed.

• You will NOT receive an email indicating the account is verified and active. 

• The Parent Portal is for Grades 5-12 only.  You will be able to view the grade book, which is updated every two weeks, starting in September.
